Racial Discrimination Act – Section 18C The facts Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 ensures all Australians are protected from discrimination on the grounds of race, colour, descent or ethnic origin by making it unlawful for someone to publicly “offend, insult, humiliate or intimidate a person or group of people”..
